I ordered from heliguy.com it all felt straightforward. They kept me updated, there was no messing around, and my order turned up when they said it would. I had a quick question as well and they got back to me really fast, which I appreciated. Only thing I noticed was one tracking update seemed a bit slow to show at first, did anyone else have that, or was it just me? Overall though, I’d happily use them again.

"Out of stock on a few things"
heliguy seems alright overall, but the main product I wanted wasn’t in stock when I looked, and a few other items were unavailable too. Frustrating when you’re ready to place an order. The website itself was easy enough to get around, so that part was fine. It just feels like this is a bit preventable with clearer stock updates or more ready-to-buy options. I’ll probably check back later and see if anything changes.

"Delivery was fine, just a bit slow"
My order did show up in the end, so that was good. The only thing was the tracking seemed a little off, and it took longer to arrive than I was expecting. Not a terrible experience, just not perfect

I bought from heliguy and really appreciated how straightforward everything was. The prices were easy to see right from the start, and shipping and VAT were clearly shown too. It might not have been the absolute cheapest option, but I was happy knowing there weren’t any weird extra charges popping up at checkout

"Good course, but I was a little lost at times"
Overall, it was a decent training course, but I’m not sure why some parts felt so rushed. A few sections made sense, then suddenly it felt like we were moving on before I fully understood what was happening. It was helpful, just could’ve used a bit more time and explanation in places

I ordered from heliguy.com after looking around at a few other sites, and the price was decent for what you actually get. It also came with the bits I needed, which was handy. Delivery were quick enough and everything turned up packed fine. Didn’t feel like I was being overcharged like you sometimes do with drone shops. Overall, good value and I’d probably use them again.

"Really easy to deal with"
I had a really straightforward experience with Heliguy. They gave me all the information I needed clearly, and whenever I had a question, they got back to me quickly. "Fast repair and worth the money"
I sent my drone off to heliguy.com for a repair and expected it to take ages. They checked it over quickly, kept me in the loop, and had it back to me sooner than I thought.
I’m always a bit careful with repair costs, so I was glad the service felt fair and there was no messing around or constant chasing needed. It came back packed properly and working again, so I’m happy to give them 5 stars

I ordered from heliguy.com and, to be honest, I was half expecting to be waiting a few days or worrying about where the parcel had got to. But the updates came through clearly, which I appreciated, and it turned up the next day with everything packed properly.
Pretty straightforward experience overall. I tend to be a bit cautious ordering stuff online, especially when I want it to arrive safely and on time, but this was smooth from start to finish. I’d happily use them again.

Had a bit of an issue with my order and wasn’t really sure how it was going to go, but heliguy got back to me quickly and sorted it out with no hassle. Bought from heliguy and the order itself was all fine. No issues there. The after-sales support, though, took a bit longer than I expected. I did get answers in the end. Just felt like I had to chase a bit. Not a bad experience overall, just could’ve been better.

"Good training and a really knowledgeable instructor"
I did my drone training with heliguy last week and overall had a really good experience. The instructor clearly knew his stuff, both on the rules and the actual flying side, and he explained everything in a way that felt normal and easy to follow rather than overly technical.

By the end of the day, I definitely felt more confident than I had that morning. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few parts felt a bit rushed at times, but I’d still be happy to use them again in the future.
